If you are after a simple yet complex aperitif, then the beautifully balanced La Perla is well worth mixing up. It combines the slight saltiness of the Manzanilla sherry with the delicate fruit of Pear Liqueur and the mellow oak and vanilla flavours of Reposado Tequila.
