If you want an Amaro-based variation on the Highball, then the A.L.O could be the cocktail for you. Mixing Amaro di Angostura, with Angostura Bitter, Lemon-Lime Soda and a dash of Orange Bitters, this mix up is pure Angostura perfection.
Pour Amaro and Lemon Lime Soda over ice in a highball glass. Top off with more ice, add bitters and stir gently to incorporate all ingredients.
