Created in 2017 by Tony Conigliaro, the G&T Royale is a classic, summery aperitif gin cocktail. With flavour hints of Vanilla & Orange, this drink mixes Gin with crisp  Tonic Water and enlivening everythiung with a couple of shots  of Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 1.2 oz. 36ml Gin, Dry
  • 0.3 oz. 9ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 2 oz. 60ml Tonic Water
  • 2 oz. 60ml Champagne, Brut
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled glass and lightly stir

Garnish

Lemon peel or orange slice
