The Glendalough Rose Martini is a delicately pink riff on a classic Martini. Mixing the fragrant balanced rose of Glendalough Wild Rose Gin, the obligatory Dry Vermouth, all rounded out by the full-bodied light sweetness of the elderflower.
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a Martini glass
