When it comes to Blackberry Cocktails, there’s nothing more special than the drink an Especial Day. With muddled Blackberries, White Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Créme De Mûre, Pineapple Juice & Peychards Bitters, the colour and flavour of this drink is beyond par.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml White Rum
  • 3-4 3-4 Blackberries
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Crème De Mûre
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Pineapple Juice
  • 3 dash 3 dash Peychard's Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Muddle Blackberries in a shaker, then add all other ingredients. Shake with ice, then fine strain into a chilled glass.
