If you are looking for a cocktail with a rich Blackberry flavour and a stronger Ginger finish, then you can’t go past this little beauty which really is Berry Nice. With Blackberries, Vodka, Chambord, Lemon Juice and Ginger Beer, this is both refreshing and super flavoursome.

Ingredients

3-4 3-4 Blackberries
2 oz. 60ml Vodka
0.25 oz. 8ml Chambord
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
top top Ginger Beer

Instructions

Muddle Blackberries in the base of a shaker, then add Vodka, Chambord & Lemon Juice. Shkae with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with Ginger Beer
