Delicate and decadent, the Empress Elderflower Sour brings in the bright floral notes of Elderflower Rose Gin and mixes it with Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White (or Aquafaba if you prefer) for a beautifully easy yet eye-catching mid-pink yet fluffy sour.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain to remove ice. Shake again without the ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
