No ThanksThe Cape Town bar, Bar By Rhys, has adapted the classic Clover Club with a few tweaks to create their Delight Club cocktail. With the use of Cape Town Gin’s Pink Lady Gin, in-house Raspberry Cordial, Sour Mix (an in-house mix of lemon & Lime Juice), Aquafaba and Mole Bitters, this is as delightful as the name implies.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
