Created by Eric Tecosky from the Olive Juice company Dirty Sue, the Dirty Laundry shows that brine can be used for more than just a Dirty Martini. A fun mix of Vodka, Grapefruit, Agave and lemon, cucumber and bell peppers, this cocktail is vegetal with a bit of bite.
Muddle cucumber and bell pepper. Add lemon and muddle. Add all ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
