This wonderful mix of St Germain, Vodka & Champagne may seem innocent enough, but trust us, when we say that this is one cocktail that definitely has a glint in its eye. The Twinkle cocktail may appear light and airy but be aware that it packs quite a punch.
Shake the Vodka and St Germain with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Top with Champagne (or Prosecco).
