With a nice Ginger kick, the Diamond Elixir is definitely the jewel of Vodka Cocktails. With a wonderful mix of Ginger Liqueur, Lillet Blanc, Pineapple Juice & of course Vodka, this little drink is sure to become a favourite.
Combine all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and shake until well chilled. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
