Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Belvedere Vodka
0.5 oz. 15ml St Germain
1.5 oz. 45ml Apple Juice (cloudy & unsweetened)
0.5 oz. 15ml Lime Juice
0.34 oz. 10ml Simple Syrup
1 1 Strawberries
3 3 Raspberries
top top Soda Water

Instructions

Muddle berries at the base of a shaker. Add all other ingredients (except Soda Water) and shake with ice. Fine strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, then top with Soda Water
