Refreshing and bubbly and easy to drink, The Cornell Special is usually served straight up but can easily be adapted to be served over ice. With Gin, Benedictine, Lemon Juice & Soda Water this is a truly classic Equal Parts Cocktail.
In an ice filled cocktail shaker combine the Gin, Benedictine & Lemon Juice. Shake well and strain into a Coupe Glass and top with Soda Water
