A favourite for prohibition drinkers, the Chrysanthemum is a complex, zesty and potent drink that shows Vermouth off beautifully. With a little Benedictine and Absinthe added to the mix, this is definitely a drink that has stood the test of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 1 oz. 30ml Benedictine
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Absinthe
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass. Stir and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
