Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Silver Tequila
0.5 oz. 15ml Fino Sherry
0.5 oz. 15ml Bràulio Amaro Alpino
0.33 oz. 10ml Strawberry Syrup
0.25 oz. 8ml Black Tea
1 drop 1 drop Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir over cubed ice. Strain into coupe glass then express lemon zest over the top, this is very important as it brightens up the cocktail and adds light citrusy aromas which balance perfectly with the heavier and sweeter notes. Add a quartered strawberry on the rim which pairs perfectly when eaten with the cocktail.
