What do rabbits drink when they are just kicking back and relaxing over the Easter long weekend, well, a Carrotini, of course. They hop to it with a mix of Ginger Vodka, Carrot “C” speciality spirit and a muddling of Mint, Lemon peel and cucumber slices.
Combine lemon peel, mint, and cucumber in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add vodka, C, and ice, then shake and strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with carrot twist and serve
