With Easter fast approaching, there is no better time to highlight a few Carrot based cocktails – and no better spirit to use than Carrot ‘C’ Specialty Spirit from Boardroom Spirits. Distilled from actual carrots, the spirit is a perfect addition to a Carrot Cosmo, especially when it is mixed with a little Triple Sec and Carrot Juice.
