In the lead-up to Christmas, every ‘i’ needs to be crossed and every ‘t’ dotted, so it might be wise to keep up your energy with a Candy Cane Coffee. A mixture of Irish Whiskey, Coffee, Demerara Syrup and Heavy Cream, this drink adds crushed Peppermint into the garnish (so it’s not too overwhelming … thankfully).
In a warmed glass, mix Teeling Whiskey, brewed coffee, syrup and stir to combine. Top with cream over the back of a bar spoon.
