Created by chef Jimmy Bradley, from The Harrison in New York, the Canale Torino is the perfect three-ingredient cocktail. This refreshing aperitif is a mixture of Aperol, Dry Vermouth, and Cointreau.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Aperol
  • 2 oz. 60ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 1 oz. 30ml Cointreau
Display: oz. ml.


Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
