Defying its name, the Black Rock Chiller is a perfect example of the trend for serving room-temperature cocktails. It mixes a big, sweet, menthol hit of Fernet Branca, with the wonderfully herbal quality of Añejo Tequila and bitter Suze.
In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients. Stir briefly.
