For many, Coquito, which means “little coconut” in Spanish, is very much a holiday staple. Bacardi has adapted the recipe to create a quick, easy and sharable batch quantity of the drink with Rum, Cream of Coconut, Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, Vanilla Extract and, of course, a garnish of Cinnamon.
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Refrigerate until chilled, then serve into chilled Martini glasses.
