This wonderful Rose Syrup Cocktail was one of the winning Cocktails in the 2016 Bacardi Legacy Competition. Embracing White Rum, Lime Juice, Rose Syrup, Egg White & Angostura Bitters, it’s a little like a Rose flavoured Daiquiri, so what is not to love …


  • 2 oz. 60ml Rum, White
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Rose Syrup
  • 1 1 Egg White
  • dash dash Angostura Bitters
Display: oz. ml.


Shake all ingredients with ice and then strain back into the shaker. Dry Shake (without ice) and fine strain into a chilled glass.
