At the end of a long day, there is nothing better than kicking back with a little fresh citrus and sweet bourbon that are both made more complex and earthy with the bitter-sweet addition of Averna. Combine that mix with egg white for a creamy, delightfully foamy finish of an Averna Sour.
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice to the shaker, then strain into a rocks glass with ice.
