If you are after an elegant cocktail that is also devilishly sweet, then the Mezcal-based Aventura will surprise you. It mixes the smokiness of the Mezcal with the sweetness of seasonal berries and the lively flavours of St. Germain and Grand Marnier.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Mezcal
0.75 oz. 23ml Grand Marnier
0.25 oz. 8ml St Germain
1 oz. 30ml Lime Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
barspoon barspoon Sugar
6-8 6-8 Raspberries

Instructions

Add the Sugar and citrus juices to a cocktail shaker and stir. Add Raspberries and muddle. Add ice and the remainder of the ingredients and shake. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
