The combination of Pear and Pimento Dram in an Allsorts Inc is amazing. Add to that Mezcal, Blanco Tequila, Lemon Juice, Falernum & Orange Bitters, for a cocktail that has all the flavour elements from spicy and sour, right through to sweet and fruity.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake until well chilled, then strain into rocks glass filled with ice.
