This is an adaptation of the recipe for Alexander’s Sister, first published in Harry Craddock’s 1930 edition of The Savoy Cocktail Book. That recipe used the same ingredients (but in slightly different proportions) but added Simple Syrup and Egg White.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled glass
