The Airmail is a very elegant classic that was first published in 1949, in Esquire Magazine’s Handbook For Hosts. Aged Rum and Brut Champagne are balanced with a little Honey Syrup and Lime, for a drink that’s always a welcome delivery.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Rum, Aged
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Honey Syrup
  • top top Champagne
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake rum, lime juice and honey syrup in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne
