US Vodka brand Skyy is looking to simplify the art of crafting classic cocktails by announcing the release of its Infusions Espresso expression.

Designed to enhance the coffee-based cocktail experience, the release uses a bold-flavoured vodka infused with real espresso flavour. Making shaking up the iconic espresso martini easier than ever, the expression combines three simple components: just vodka, cold brew concentrate or espresso, and simple syrup.

As part of the release, the brand has partnered with supermodel, beauty entrepreneur, and espresso martini enthusiast, Winne Harlow.

“An espresso martini is my go-to cocktail,” said Harlow. “I love its versatility—it’s stylish and chic, ready to be dressed up or down, and consistently delivers a sophisticated sip with bold flavour and taste.

Simultaneously, the brand has also released another flavour profile, Skyy Infusions Agave Lime. RABBIT HOLE RELEASES 8-YEAR-OLD BOXERGRAIL FOUNDER'S COLLECTION

Kentucky Whiskey Distillery Rabbit Hole has launched its Boxergrail Founder’s Collection, a one-of-a-kind 8-year-old Rye Whiskey bottled at cask strength.

Building on the celebrated legacy of its previous 6-year iteration, this limited release is a distinct, richer interpretation of Rabbit Hole’s award-winning Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. It marks the newest addition to the brand’s highly sought-after Founder’s Collection.

Drawing on the success of the brand’s earlier Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, Rabbit Hole Founder and Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame Whiskey Maker, Kaveh Zamanian, opted for an extended maturation of 8 years for this release. Aged in wood-fired, toasted and charred new American Oak barrels and bottled at cask strength, this version achieves a new level of complexity and excellence in both flavour and appearance.

“For this latest Founder’s Collection release, our team set out to honour our core offering of Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. We aged it for 8 years and bottled it at cask strength to show how cask and whiskey come together at natural strength,” explained Zamanian.

Named in honour of Louisville’s long legacy of boxing champions, Boxergrail is being released in. a limuted-edition of only Only 1,200 bottles.

The Founder’s Collection is a platform under which Zamanian and his team develop unique expressions that showcase his ingenuity and commitment to the artistry of whiskey making. Boxergrail Founder’s Collection is notable for its rich auburn hue and a velvety texture, thanks to a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. On the nose, it promises an enticing bouquet of mint, cinnamon, anise and brown sugar, followed by a palate that balances notes of ginger, tobacco and blood orange with a long, dramatic finish of allspice, herbs, tobacco and oak. Individually numbered for authenticity, each bottle is a work of art. DEWAR'S INTRODUCES DOUBLE DOUBLE 38-YEAR-OLD BLENDED MALT

Scotch Whisky producer Dewar’s has announced the second release in its Collector’s Series: Dewar’s Double Double 38-Year-Old Whisky.

Released as a strictly limited edition, the whisky pays tribute to the stunning Northern Highlands, offering a rare, blended malt whisky that exemplifies Dewar’s craftsmanship and sets a new standard for luxury whisky.

Expertly crafted by six-time Master Blender of the Year Stephanie Macleod, the expression showcases the brand’s unique four-stage ageing process. This innovative method begins with a carefully selected blend of single malt whiskies from the Islay and Highland regions, each aged for at least 38 years. After blending, the whiskies are aged for an additional month in their original casks.

What sets this whisky apart is the inclusion and blending of a reserved portion of 2023’s release – Dewar’s Double Double 37-Year-Old – which was held back and given an extra year to mature.

The final blend is then transferred into Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, previously used to age the prestigious Royal Brackla Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, for several additional months of maturation. This final finishing process deepens the whisky’s complexity, producing an exquisitely aromatic and nuanced finish.

“Creating Double Double 38-Year-Old allowed us to explore the full potential of our unique four-stage ageing process, blending tradition with a forward-thinking approach to Scotch whisky,” explained Macleod.

“This blend is meticulously crafted using some of Scotland’s finest Highland and Islay malts, each aged for at least 38 years, and then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, adding layers of richness and complexity.”
