Sometimes referred to as an Alpine Spritz (due to the inclusion of Elderflower), the Hugo Spritz is a palate-pleasing Italian Aperitif Spritz. Refreshing and light, the combination of Elderflower Syrup, Mint & Prosecco make this an ideal cocktail for the summer months.
Muddle the Mint and add the Elderflower Syrup the Prosecco and Soda Water. Stir, then add ice.
Mint leaf and slice of Lemon.
