If you’ve ever mucked up a cocktail then the Negroni Sbagliato is here to show you that mistakes can still be delicious. Sbagliato, in Italian, means “mistaken”, which is what the original bartender was when he used Prosecco rather than the traditional Gin, with the Campari and Dry Vermouth.
Instructions
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add vermouth and Campari and stir. Top with Prosecco and stir again.
Garnish
Orange slice.
