If you are after an easy alternative to a G&T, why not replace the Gin with the bitter complexity of Suze, for Le Petite Bouche (then simply add Rum, Orange Bitters  and, of course, Tonic Water). This dry and refreshing aperitif was created by Danny Wilson at Tabouche in Cambridge, UK.

Ingredients

  • 1.35 oz. 41ml Suze
  • 0.67 oz. 20ml White Rum
  • 3 dash 3 dash Orange Bitters
  • top top Tonic Water (Mediterranean)
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled glass and stir

Garnish

Grapefruit wedge
