If you are after a slightly more unusual margarita riff, then you can’t go past a Weaver. The Hibiscus Syrup melds wonderfully with the Saffron and Anise flavours of the Meletti creating a wonderful depth.
Combine ingredients in mixing tin, add ice, shake hard, strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with a lime wheel.
