Inspired by the myth of Persephone, daughter of Zeus, who was abducted by Hades, king the underworld to be his bride. Queen of the Underworld is a Margarita variation that swaps in a Pomegranate shrub for Triple Sec (or Cointreau).

Ingredients

1.75 oz. 53ml Tequila Reposado
0.75 oz. 23ml Pomegranate Shrub
0.25 oz. 8ml Lime Juice

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add all ingredients but garnish to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake hard to blend the ingredients and dilute the cocktail. Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass
