The trick with any Blackberry cocktail is to ensure that you get the balance of tart and sweet just right and on that point, the Blimey does not disappoint. With its Blackberries, Lime and Creme de Cassis this is a drink that will have you singing its praises.
Muddle Blackberries in a shaker base, add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain into a glass of crushed ice.
