Believed to be created by Harry MacElhone at Harry’s Bar in Paris, Between The Sheets is a rum riff on a Sidecar. With Gold Rum, Cognac, Cointreau and Lemon Juice, the name refers to the drink’s potency and the potential for a risqué end to an evening.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
