Created by Simon Difford in 2006, the Sidecarriage is a wonderfully light and tasty riff on the Sidecar Cocktail. With the Lemon Juice of the original, there are also hints of cider that comes through the Calvados Brandy and a nice little twist from the Elderflower Liqueur.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
