Glasgow Mule

Created by Damon Boelte of Brooklyn’s Prime Meats, the Glasgow Mule is a mule variation that uses Scotch instead of Vodka. The result is a tart and spicy cocktail that retains the Ginger Beer from the original but adds Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters and a little St Germain.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Scotch
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml St Germain
  • dash dash Angostura Bitters
  • 4 oz. 120ml Ginger Beer
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Fill a Copper Mug or Collins Glass with ice, then add Scotch, Lime Juice, St Germain & Angostura. Top with Ginger Beer and stir with a bar spoon.
