Inspired by the modern classic, the Penicillin, the This & That Cocktail was created by Beth Willows at Seaworthy in New Orleans. This drink adds a healthy dose of Peach Liqueur to the Scotch, Lemon Juice & Ginger Syrup.
Combiner the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice.
