If you’re after a cocktail with a gentle pink blush and subtle taste of Rose then you can’t do better than an Indian Rose. With Gin, Apricot Brandy, Rose Water & Rose Syrup, this is a gentle but potent little drink.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass
