An Irish Whiskey riff on a Ruby Manhattan, the Santa’s Slipper is a drink that will slip down your throat as easily as Santa slips down a chimney (at least that’s what his elves tell us…). A combination of Irish Whiskey, Ruby Port, Apricot Liqueur and Angostura, this boozy yet fruity concoction is the ideal nightcap.
Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass, then fine strain into a chilled coupe
