Astoria Cocktail

Taken from the pages of The Old Waldorf-Astoria Bar Book, the Astoria was named after the New York hotel where it was created. Best described as a Dry Vermouth-heavy Martini, this drink uses Old Tom’s Gin and a dash of Orange Bitters.
