Created by French bartender Nico de Soto, the Pandan-quiri offers a Southeast Asian twist on the classic Daiquiri. The cocktail offers the grassy, slightly bitter taste of Pandan Syrup to sweeten the drink before adding the usual Rum and Lime Juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml White Rum
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Pandan Syrup

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish

None

Pandan Syrup – Blend 1 litre of simple syrup with 10 x Pandan leaves, then strain.
