Created by French bartender Nico de Soto, the Pandan-quiri offers a Southeast Asian twist on the classic Daiquiri. The cocktail offers the grassy, slightly bitter taste of Pandan Syrup to sweeten the drink before adding the usual Rum and Lime Juice.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled coupe.
