Made famous by NYC’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the Foghorn is a classic cocktail that utilises Gin, Ginger Beer (although Ginger Ale can be used), and Lime Juice (which is the one ingredient that differentiates it from a Gin Buck) for a refreshing drink that is classically made in an Old Fashioned glass but can also be made (as we have done) in a highball.
