If you are looking for a delicate cocktail with a bit of a punch, then the Elder’s Fizz is your perfect summer drink. The St Germain creates the ideal bridge between the floral whisky and the sparkling wine.
Chill a cocktail or champagne glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside. Stir the Whisky and St Germain in an ice-filled mixing glass. Discard the ice from the cocktail glass then strain in the mixture. Top the cocktail up with chilled sparkling wine.
