Forget Tequila Soda. Instead, go for the cunning highball mashup created by the Hellbender Nighttime Café in Queens, the Margarita Soda. Simplicity is the key to this drink, which uses the base of a Tommy’s Margarita topped with club soda.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila
0.75 oz. 23ml Agave Syrup
0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
top top Fever-Tree Club Soda

Instructions

Rim a Collins glass with sea salt. Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into the prepared Collins glass, top with club soda, and stir.
