Created by Harrison Ginsberg while he was at The Dead Rabbit NYC, True Blue puts a different spin on an Irish Whiskey cocktail, by adding complexity through ingredients like Pedro Ximénez sherry and white miso cane syrup.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled coupe glass

White miso cane syrup: Place 16 ounces water and 2 tablespoons white miso paste in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until the paste is dissolved. Add 4 cups cane sugar, and increase the heat to high, bringing to a boil and stirring occasionally. Allow to cool & store in the fridge
