Sure, the Parmesan Cheese Espresso Martini may have been a cocktail that went viral, but it does have its virtues. The concept of pairing coffee and cheese goes back centuries and although it has had mixed reactions, for our money, you can go past the subtle savoury and salty element that the Parmesan adds.

Ingredients

1 oz. 30ml Vodka (Absolut)
0.68 oz. 20ml Coffee Liqueur (Mr Black)
2 oz. 60ml Little Drippa
0.17 oz. 5ml Simple Syrup

Pour vodka and coffee liqueur into a cocktail shaker, then add Little Drippa and ice. Shake until chilled and fully mixed and pour into a martini glass
