The English may have invented the Summer Cup (a traditional, flavour-packed summer punch), but it seems it took the Australians to perfect it. Using a mixture of the newly released Hickson Rd Wild Rosé Summer Cup and Ginger Ale, the Hickson Rd Summer Cup Cocktail helps to cool everything down as you breathe in the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Hickson Rd Wild Rosé Summer Cup
  • 4 oz. 120ml Ginger Ale
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass and stir

Garnish

Mint sprig, fresh berries and cucumber slice
