No ThanksA riff on the classic drink the Clover Club, the Hickson ‘Clover’ House, adds a bit more of a kick to mix. Using the Egg White and the Lemon Juice (all be it double the amount) from the original, this drink replaces the gin with Hickson Rd Summer Cup and adds to the Raspberry Syrup by transforming it into a Spiced Ginger and Raspberry Syrup.
Hard shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass
