If you like your Negroni on the drier side, then make yourself The Tunnel Negroni as created by Franck Audoux owner of the Cravan in Paris. With the usual amount of Gin, this drink hen uses an equal amount of Dry Vermouth but then less Campari, which is filled out with a bit of Sweet Vermouth.
